Bonnell springs that are classically used for mattress and couch production, are produced without high carbon quality wires and they are produced in 100 mm height and 180 mm range. Its shipping can be executed as both bonnel spiral spring and bonnel frame spring as ready for use. Shipping bonnel spiral springs is performed in accordance with Europe standards. Shipping bonnel frame springs that are ready for use in mattress and couch production, can be performed as flat-pack press package and roller wrapped with pallet or without pallet with the knowledge and experience of Kar-as. Kar-as can make special size production considering demand of customers for bonnel frame springs.
