Bonnell Spring Units
KAR-AS manufactures Bonnell spring units for mattress and sofa production. The springs are made from high-carbon steel wire in heights from 100 to 180 mm; the models in the product tables use 2.20–2.38 mm wire. They are supplied as loose coils or as finished units ready for production, and custom sizes are made on request.
Bonnell spring units, the classic supporting core of mattresses and sofas, are produced from our high-carbon quality steel wire in heights from 100 mm to 180 mm. They can be shipped either as loose Bonnell coils or as finished Bonnell spring units ready for production. Loose Bonnell coils are loaded on European-standard pallets. Finished units ready for mattress and sofa production are shipped flat-pack pressed or roll-packed, with or without pallets, drawing on KAR-AS's experience. KAR-AS produces Bonnell spring units in custom sizes on customer request.
