KAR-AS manufactures mattresses, pocket and Bonnell spring units, bed bases and adjustable bed components under your brand (private label) or to your specification (OEM) in its own factory in Kayseri, Turkey (Türkiye). The minimum order is one full container, production capacity is 80,000 springs and 20,000 mattresses per month, and we export worldwide.

Pocket spring units (BESTTEL): 6–28 cm height, 1.20–2.10 mm wire; zoned, micro, edge-support and double-layer models – pocket spring units
Bonnell spring units (KAR-AS) for mattresses and sofas: 100–180 mm height, 2.20–2.38 mm wire – Bonnell spring units
Spring mattresses built on our own pocket or Bonnell cores, visco foam mattresses, folding mattresses and toppers – mattresses

Springs, mattresses and bases from one supplier

Because KAR-AS produces the spring units as well as the finished mattresses and bed bases in the same plant, a private label range can combine springs, mattresses and bases from a single supplier, and different products can be loaded in the same container.

Technical specification, branding and packaging are agreed at the order stage.
Production takes place in our Kayseri plant; the order ships as a full container load with packing list and commercial invoice.
