Packaging & Container Loading
KAR-AS packs each product group for safe transport and efficient loading: Bonnell coils on European-standard pallets, finished spring units flat-pack pressed or roll-packed, mattresses flat or roll-packed, and headboards and accessories in cartons. Every container is loaded according to a loading plan prepared for the order.

Roll-packed spring units and mattresses
Roll packing compresses a spring unit or mattress and rolls it into a compact package, so more units fit into a container and handling at the destination is easier. Flat-pack pressing is available for customers who prefer flat units. Tell us your preference when you request a quotation.
Container loading and documents
Orders ship as full container loads, and different models can be combined in one container. For every order we prepare a loading plan, a packing list with item quantities and weights, and a commercial invoice; a certificate of origin or A.TR is arranged when the destination requires it.
